What the equation covers

Two-handed lifting or lowering, standing, in a normal workplace, of a load that does not shift. It does not cover one-handed lifts, lifting while seated or kneeling, carrying, pushing or pulling, slippery floors, very hot or cold work, or people with an injury. Limit = 51 lb × reach × height × travel × twist × pace × grip.
